Inquiry information stays focused on the shipment.

What we collect. The lane-check form collects your work email, origin, destination and any shipment or business details you choose to provide. Cloudflare Turnstile and standard technical information may be processed to prevent abuse.

How we use it. We use inquiry information to respond, assess routing, manage the requested shipment review and communicate with the providers needed for that review.

When it is shared. We do not sell inquiry information. It may be shared with service providers or operating partners only when needed to respond to the inquiry, protect the form or evaluate the requested shipment.

Retention and requests. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, operating records or legal obligations. For a privacy request, contact rajan@ladingco.com. Do not submit payment-card details, passwords or other account credentials.

Effective August 1, 2026. The legal contracting party and licensed provider roles for a shipment are identified in the written booking before acceptance.
